Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker vs Ninja Air Fryer Max XL
Side-by-side comparison of features, pricing, ratings, and alternatives.
The Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker brings professional water-oven cooking techniques directly to your home kitchen. By circulating water at an exact, digitally monitored temperature, it cooks your food evenly from edge to edge without the risk of overcooking. Featuring Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, the cooker integrates with the Anova Culinary app so you can monitor your meals, browse guided recipes, and start cooking remotely from anywhere. Its compact design easily attaches to any pot or container using an adjustable mounting clamp.
The Ninja Air Fryer Max XL uses rapid hot air circulation to crisp food with up to 75% less fat than traditional deep frying, while a 5.5-quart capacity accommodates family-sized portions of fries, wings, or a whole chicken. A Max Crisp technology setting reaches higher temperatures for extra-crispy results comparable to deep frying, and a wide temperature range allows both air frying and dehydrating in the same unit. The non-stick, dishwasher-safe basket and crisper plate simplify cleanup, while an easy-to-read digital display with preset cooking programs takes the guesswork out of common dishes.

Ninja Air Fryer Max XL Reviews
3.8 (4)Does exactly what we need
Been a regular user of Ninja Air Fryer Max XL for a while now. Genuinely crispy results. One minor gripe: basket coating may wear over years of use, but it hasn't been a dealbreaker. Would recommend.
Decent but has rough edges
Ninja Air Fryer Max XL is solid overall, though it's not perfect. On the plus side, large capacity for family cooking. That said, can be loud during operation, which held us back from rating it higher.
Does exactly what we need
I picked up Ninja Air Fryer Max XL a while back and haven't looked back. Versatile with dehydrate mode. One minor gripe: takes significant counter/storage space, but it hasn't been a dealbreaker. Would recommend.
