After escaping from the Dixmor Asylum for the Criminally Insane during a lightning storm, an amnesiac Daniel struggles to piece together his identity while being hunted by a mysterious organization known as the Pickman Project. Guided by the lethal Leo Kasper, players navigate a gritty and perilous world, fighting for survival against bounty hunters and shadowy agents. By returning to the ruins of his old home and uncovering hidden clues, Daniel battles his own paranoia and fading memory to take his life back, leaving a trail of deadly consequences in his wake.
